LABELMAKER

The Brother PT-D200 label maker makes it easy to create stylish labels for your home and office. With dedicated one-touch keys, it's simple to access fonts, symbols, frames and Deco Mode patterns to create personalised, decorative labels, and quickly print pre-designed, eye-catching labels from the Deco Mode gallery. The large, built-in memory stores up to 30 of your favourite labels, so reprinting them in the future is a doddle. Its durable, easy-peel, laminated TZe series tapes up to 12mm wide are perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. Operates on six AAA batteries or an AC adaptor.

THINNEST DRIVE

The new WD Blue is the world's thinnest 1TB hard drive, offering OEMs, channel integrators and consumers a unique storage solution for thin and light systems, slimmer notebooks, as well as compatibility with the industry-standard 9.5mm drive slots of mainstream notebooks. The 7mm WD Blue hard drive family, in capacities from 320GB to 1TB, now provides a singular option of thin design and high capacity storage. The WD Blue is covered by a two-year limited warranty.

DUAL-SIM NOKIA

The new dual-SIM Nokia Asha 501, priced at 2,990 baht, comes with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Weighing a mere 98g, it boasts a 3.2MP camera and additional memory of 4GB, expandable up to 32GB. It can run for 26 days with up to 17 hours of talk time. The Asha comes pre-loaded with Nokia Xpress Browser, which compresses internet data by up to 90%, making mobile browsing faster and more affordable.

LEICA X-LINEV

The Leica X Vario features a zoom lens covering a range of focal lengths from 28-70mm (35mm equivalent), and full-HD video recording capability. A particular highlight of the Leica X-Line is a high-performance APS-C format, CMOS image sensor with over 16.5MP (effective 16.2MP) that is particularly large for this camera class. The Leica X Vario is the first compact camera to combine this professional sensor with a high-performance zoom lens _ the Leica Vario Elmar 18-46mm f/3.5-6.4 ASPH.

FUJITSU SCANNER

Fujitsu's fi-6230Z scans colour A4 documents at a speed of 40ppm. Its ScanSnap mode is popular among home and small office users as it offers "One Touch" operation. With the new ScanSnap mode function, users can carry out simple digitising tasks that do not require specific scan settings. The automatic job separation function uses divider sheets with printed barcodes and patchcodes to sort image data from multiple page feeds into user-defined units. Auto page size and colour detection functions enable the scanner to automatically recognise the size of scanned documents and automatically differentiate colour images from black and white ones.
